Auditing for Cybersecurity Risk

Course Overview
Data represents more wealth to the world than all of the money and all of the banks in the world combined. And therein lies the problem. Businesses, and companies that monitor businesses such as auditing firms, will always look at the financials. What they don't look at, however, is the raw value of the firm's data, and that is really where the gold resides. The important thing to understand is that if you're not protecting your data, you're not protecting your organization. SonMax CEO Steven Wertheim reviews what to do to protect the organization from cybersecurity risk and offers his perspective on what auditors should be doing.
