This course provides an overview of managing the AP function. This includes a discussion of managing the process, the individual tasks, the staffs, as well as dealing effectively with management. This course also discusses management of vendor expectations and dealing with AP's internal customers. Finally, this course provides insights into the AP department of tomorrow with a focus on the technology and data that will be present in the future.
