Influence and Persuade

Course Overview
This course provides an overview of the principles and best practices with respect to influence and persuasion. Part 1 of this course focuses on building bridges and a discussion of the roots of influence whereas Part 2 relates specifically to managing the flow and the various means of persuasion. This course additionally provides a number of examples to help emphasize the concepts presented by the author.
