Course Overview
This course provides an overview of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). More specifically, this course identifies the requirements for an employee to be eligible for FMLA, the benefits and obligations of both employees and employers, documentation requirements, as well as best practices for ensuring compliance with FMLA to avoid possible litigation. Finally, this course also provides an overview of recent court cases that address FMLA related issues.
