Fair Labor Standards Act

This course provides an overview of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and focuses primarily on the difference between exempt and non-exempt positions. In addition, the course also provides information on how the exempt vs. non-exempt determination may vary from industry to industry as well as various penalties that may be assessed for noncompliance.
