Age Discrimination

Course Overview
This course provides an overview of age discrimination employment and the laws that have been enacted as a result. In addition, the course also provides insights into recognizing how stereotyping can create issues as well as how to implement policies and procedures to avoid possible litigation. Finally, the course provides real world examples of recent age discrimination lawsuits.

  • Recognize significant reasons for discrimination claims processed by the EEOC.
