Course Overview: The goal of this course is to familiarize the user with the process of effective delegation. The course will discuss the strategies required for a manager to delegate effectively, including defining the task, delegating the task, and assuring results. The course will also discuss typical pitfalls a manager can encounter in the process of delegating.
