Live Class Refunds
Students in a live class are eligible for a refund based on the following criteria:
- 15 days prior to the program date – full refund
- 14 days to 6 days prior to the program date – $50 processing fee
- 5 days or less prior to the program date – no refund
All class materials must be returned in original, like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging and/or shrink-wrap.
In the unlikely event that Kaplan cancels a live class, students will be notified in advance whenever possible, and students will be eligible for a full class enrollment refund only. All other incurred expenses, including travel, lodging, and test fees, are non-refundable.
Online Course Refunds
Refunds for online courses may be issued to a student under the following conditions:
- The course or license in question was paid for by the student;
- No final test has been taken for the course;
- A written refund request has been submitted by the student to Kaplan within 30 days of the student purchasing the course by email to CPEsupport@kaplan.com.
It is assumed that after 30 days, the student is satisfied with the course, and refunds will not be issued. For more information regarding administrative policies, such as complaint and refund, please contact Kaplan at CPEsupport@kaplan.com.
