As social media has changed the way we live and work, many organizations are finding that they cannot recruit new employees without using interactive internet-based applications. Nor can they easily restrict their workers' use of social media in the workplace. Matthew Curtin, a partner in the firm of Murtha Cullina LLP, counsels employers on the increased legal and compliance challenges they face from utilizing, as well as regulating, social media in the workplace.
