Companies struggle to provide employees with a set of guidelines that enable them to make decisions that meet the standards for effective and ethical decisions. Steven Mintz, Professor Emeritus at California Polytechnic State University, describes one approach, the PLUS Ethical Decision-Making Model. Steven Mintz, PhD, is a professor emeritus from Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo.
