This course provides state specific ethics and standards for Tennessee CPAs. This includes a discussion of the importance of ethics, the purpose of the State Board, license and continuing professional education requirements, as well as information on peer reviews. This course also addresses the Rules of Professional Conduct, the complaint process, as well as several case examples throughout to assist in illustrating the information provided.
