South Carolina Ethics, Rules and Regulation Course

South Carolina Board of Accountancy

The South Carolina Board of Accountancy is responsible for administering State law requiring those who profess special competence in the practice of accounting to demonstrate and maintain their competence to do so, in accord with the States policy to protect the public interest by promoting the reliability of information used for guidance in financial transactions or for accounting or for assessing the financial status or performance of commercial, noncommercial, and governmental enterprises.
