Course Overview
This course provides an overview of workplace violence. This includes understanding what is meant by workplace violence, identifying and reducing risk factors, as well as being able to detect warnings signs of a disgruntled or disturbed employee. This course also provides information on how to diffuse potentially dangerous situations and the major methods for minimizing workplace violence.
