This includes a discussion of the current regulatory landscape, an overview of anti-fraud controls, and identification of common fraud schemes. The course also includes an overview of the building blocks to an effective fraud risk management program, actions to deter, prevent, or detect fraud, and procedures that can be implemented to enhance FCPA compliance. Finally, this course presents the key steps in a typical fraud monitoring process.
